Once your order has been confirmed, it will be processed for delivery within 24 hours. Please note that orders are not processed for delivery during weekends or South African public holidays.
If there is a significant delay during delivery, we will communicate with you via email.
Book Delivery – South Africa
- Delivery for collection: Books will be processed for delivery via Paxi at a PEP store location near you. Transit and delivery will occur within 7-9 business days. You will receive email notification from Desiree Gema once your parcel is in transit. A text message will be sent by Paxi at Pep once the parcel has reached its collection point. Delivery for collection within South Africa is free.
- Door to door delivery: Delivery to your doorstep within South Africa costs R100 per package. Books will be delivered within 7-9 working days. Please select a delivery address at which somebody will be available to sign for and accept the package.
Book Delivery – International
Please note that international delivery incurs a cost of R1500 to cater for courier costs. Alternatively you may opt to order the book from the publisher site (https://www.routledge.com/Managing-IT-Suppliers-A-Practical-Guide-to-Vendor-Management/Gema/p/book/9781041121565).
